Mavris Maddix is a boutique talent agency, representing carefully selected creatives of all ages. Owners Stella Mavris and Rachel Maddix both have longstanding careers in the creative industries, as well as being fully qualified Teachers and Mothers. They are interested in developing a new way of managing talented people, providing a more holistic, ethical approach that allows them to nurture and develop the talent they represent. As energetic, positive and caring people, they are determined to look after their clients, develop long term relationships and achieve a consistently professional approach to providing talent for bookings large and small.
S t e l l a M a v r i s
Stella has successfully run her own Performing Arts studios for sixteen years and taught for twenty years. She has taken young talent to International events, with her performers working with Breakin Convention, the BBC, Vogue and The Guardian, amongst others. She has extensive experience in the Creative Industries and is passionate about finding both emerging and more established talent to develop their skills further.

R a c h e l M a d d i x
Rachel has worked in the industry since she was a few weeks old! She trained at Royal Central School of Speech & Drama and has over 20 years’ experience in training actors and directing theatre, both of which required intuitive casting and the ability to carefully nurture talent. Rachel appeared on Television frequently as a young performer and since leaving Academic Management, has worked more recently for Bournemouth Arts by the Sea Festival and as a Theatre Director.
